The Utah Jazz have agreed to a long-term contract extension with their star guard.
According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Keyonte George has agreed to a five-year, $157.5 million rookie-scale contract extension with the franchise.
Charania adds that the new deal does not include any player or team options. Next season, he will remain on the final year of his rookie deal, where he is set to earn around $6.5 million.

Chosen as the 16th overall pick of the 2023 Draft, Keyonte George delivered a massive breakout run during the 2025-26 NBA season for the Utah Jazz.
From averaging 16.8 points in 39.1 percent shooting last 2024-25, George elevated his numbers to a career-best 23.6 points in 45.6 percent shooting with 6.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds.
After battling inconsistent shooting and efficiency issues during his first two years in the league, the 22-year-old guard completely transformed his game in his third season.
He drastically raised his scoring and playmaking to solidify himself as a foundational piece for Utah.
