Transfer targets: Eli Junior Kroupi, Julian Alvarez and JJ Gabriel
The summer window may be shut but Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are already making significant progress towards January signings. Arsenal are keen on a deal for Eli Junior Kroupi, while Julian Alvarez could be switching agents in another twist to that long-running saga. The Gunners continue to be linked with Rio Ngumoha and are believed to be scouting midfield prodigy Luca Weinhandl, while they could loan out Max Dowman and it is has been said that Mykhailo Mudryk wanted to move to the Emirates Stadium.
Manchester United are rumoured to be looking for the next Endrick or Estevao in Brazil as they also target Jarrad Branthwaite, though hopes are slipping away over keeping JJ Gabriel, who is in talks with both Real Madrid and Barcelona. Chelsea could revive their failed swoop for Lamine Camara in the New Year, while Liverpool remain eager to move for Rayan but may have to pay £130million as they also keep close tabs on Kees Smit and Felix Nmecha.
Richarlison remains stuck at Tottenham, who are being linked with Mauro Icardi and Arthur Dias as they target more new arrivals. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Mykhailo Mudryk 'wanted Arsenal move over Chelsea'
Mykhailo Mudryk wanted to join Arsenal over Chelsea, it has been claimed.
The Blues swooped to beat their London rivals to a deal for the Ukrainian winger in January 2023, agreeing a transfer with Shakhtar Donetsk worth up to £89m.
That was after Arsenal had initially looked in pole position to complete a move for Mudryk.
And Shakhtar director of football Darijo Srna has now revealed that the current Tottenham loanee appeared to be keen on playing under Mikel Arteta.
He said: “Misha [Mudryk] talked to Arteta. I talked to the Chelsea coach. And, probably, at that moment he liked Arteta more.
“But it is the club that decides whether to sell a player or not. We told him that the club has found a common language with Chelsea.
“And then you decide for yourself: do you want to move or not? Either you go to Chelsea, or Arsenal offers the same conditions, or you stay at Shakhtar.”
