Manchester's newest brasserie has arrived: Three Rivers Brasserie and Bar is officially open at Medlock Square, bringing a sophisticated all day dining experience to the city's rapidly growing entertainment destination. Perfect for a celebratory matchday meal or week night dinner.
Set within The Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel, Three Rivers celebrates British produce and warm, polished service. Brasserie classics, including prawn cocktail with shredded iceberg and confit tomato and a comprehensive steak selection impeccably sourced from Hereford cattle, sit alongside local specialities such as Lancashire hotpot and a Manchester tart reimagined as a silken panna cotta.
The restaurant takes its name from the River Medlock, which flows beneath the Etihad Campus, and forms the centrepiece of the hotel’s social scene, set just steps from the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live.
The kitchen is overseen by Medlock Square Development Chef and MasterChef winner, Dan Merriman, with the beverage programme led by Head of Bars and award-winning cocktail creative, Cressida Lawlor, bringing together local talent in a beautiful environment.
