Former fourth overall NFL Draft pick Matt Kalil has lost his lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Kalil, for her vulgar commentary about his private parts on a 2025 Twitch stream.
Matt Kalil, best remembered for his time with the Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers, sought north of $75,000 for Haley's comments on Marlon Garcia's stream last fall.
Haley Kalil, a former Sports Illustrated model, compared her ex-NFL husband's private parts to "two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third," when explaining how she faced health challenges in the bedroom during their marriage. Matt Kalil claimed in his suit that the comments led to "unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public."
U.S. District Judge Patrick Schiltz sided in favor of Haley Kalil and threw out Matt's suit on Thursday.
"Her life, her marriage, and her divorce, all of which are topics about which her millions of followers have a legitimate interest," he said, connecting her love life to public interest.

Speaking with TMZ, Haley explained how she's relieved the case is over. "I am so relieved this is over. I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life," she shared.
"I think this ruling is important, and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they've been through. Your story belongs to you, and you shouldn't fear sharing it."

Haley Kalil, a 2019 Sports Illustrated rookie, explained that she faced health challenges during her seven-year marriage from 2015 to 2022.
"But I was going to try it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying. Looked up lipo-type ----.....We tried everything. Impossible," she explained.
Her attorney, Matt Bialick, saluted the decision. "No woman should need her ex-husband's permission to tell the story of her own marriage," he said in a statement.
"No woman should be sued for talking about her own body. We hope this ruling gives women everywhere the confidence to share their own stories."
Matt Kalil, 37, was the fourth pick in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Vikings out of USC following an All-American season blocking for quarterback Matt Barkley. He was a Pro Bowler in his first year, helping block for Adrian Peterson's 2,000-yard season.
He left Minnesota in 2017 and signed a five-year, $55 million free agent contract with the Carolina Panthers.
