DAYANN Methalie is making his Premier League debut for Sunderland at Manchester City in the only change to the side that started against Arsenal last time out in the league.
Methalie replaces the suspended Reinildo at left-back at the Etihad, with Regis Le Bris making five changes to the side that started against AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League in midweek.
Trai Hume, Omar Alderete, Malick Fofana and Wilson Isidor drop out from Wednesday night, with Thomas Meunier, Dan Ballard, Nilson Angulo and Brian Brobbey coming back into the side.
Methalie's Sunderland debut came in the Carabao Cup victory over Hull City but he hasn't yet played for the Black Cats in the Premier League after his summer transfer.
After ringing the changes for the midweek cup tie against Norwich City, Enzo Maresca is back to full strength for what he believes will be his side's toughest game so far this season, with Rayan Cherki, Erling Haaland, Antoine Semenyo and Enzo Fernandez all starting.
