The Washington Mystics (25-16) started the season with a lot of squeaks, but have since turned the season completely around, and are going to the playoffs. That said, can they climb up to No. 5?

The Washington Mystics and the Indiana Fever are among five teams that are in a close race for playoff positioning.
The Mystics, Liberty, Wings, Fever, and Dream in this order, occupy the 4-8 spots. But the difference between the Mystics and the Fever at spots 5 and 8 is merely 2 games.
Iriafen is having a career year averaging 9.5 rebounds a contest. For the Fever, star guard Caitlin Clark is showcasing her passing abilities this year more than ever before, with 8.5 of those a game.
The last two games between these two teams this year were a must-watch. The first one, during the first week of the season went to overtime, and the Mystics edged it 104-102 in a high-scoring affair. Sonia Citron had a memorable night with 30 points . And this was in Indiana! The second meeting, in D.C., went the Fever’s way, but again in a nail-bitter, 78076.
This, being the third and final, meeting of the season between these two teams, will decide who wins the season series and get the tie-breaker for the playoff seeding.
