The Las Vegas Raiders will have to go into Sunday’s game with two quarterbacks. When the Raiders travel to Los Angeles to face the Chargers, they will be without their emergency quarterback.
Fourth-year quarterback Aidan O’Connell will miss the game, Kubiak announced Friday. O’Connell will be missing the game for personal reasons that have not been disclosed.
The Raiders have not decided who will be the emergency quarterback for the game. They didn’t add one to the practice squad, so if both quarterbacks go down, the Raiders might have a random player taking snaps. Hopefully they don’t have to worry about any of this and can make it through the game healthy.
