Chelsea star Cole Palmer is set to pull out from England's squad ahead of their four Nations League matches.
The 24-year-old won back his place in Thomas Tuchel's squad, having been a high-profile omission from the German's World Cup team.

Despite the Blues struggling for form this season, Palmer has been a bright spark - chipping in with four goals and two assists from seven matches in all competitions.
He has featured in each game under Xabi Alonso, and it's because of his frequent game time that he is poised to withdraw from international duty.

According to The Athletic, Palmer will not be involved over the coming three weeks due to load management.
Alonso only said at the start of the campaign that the Manchester City academy graduate's injury problems were over.
Last season saw Palmer miss 26 games for club and country due to six separate knocks.
Liverpool legend Alonso said: "I think that sometimes you need to go through a difficult moment with an injury or whatever to learn from that.
"I think that Cole has gone through a difficult period with the injury, and now he’s working really hard to have the prevention not to have to feel those symptoms.”
Who else could pull out of the England team?
It has also been said that Manchester United duo Marcus Rashford and Kobbie Mainoo, who have both featured in six games this term, are two further doubts concerning their role in the team.

Both men started in the Red Devils' 1-1 draw away at Fulham on Sunday, which saw the pair taken off late in the second half.
Rashford is claimed to be dealing with a hip problem that United have been handling since the World Cup.

That issue looks set to see the former Barcelona loan star follow Palmer in pulling out.
United boss Michael Carrick spoke to talkSPORT to discuss Rashford's role in the England team following the stalemate at Craven Cottage.
When asked by Alex Crook if there is a chance Rashford will have to pull out of the England squad, he said: "I really don’t know.
"As you can imagine, at the end of the game I’ve spoken to the players and not really got to that stage. So we’ll just have to wait and see."
As for Mainoo, the midfielder is also dealing with his own injury problem, which is likely to see him also miss out for England.
