Man Utd Join Chelsea, Arsenal & Barcelona In Pursuing Next Odegaard Following Scouting Mission

Man Utd have been sending scouts to watch Valerenga winger Gabriel Rajkovic, according to reports in the Norwegian media.
TV2 claims that officials were in the stands when the teenager scored against Sarpsborg 08 earlier this month.
Rajkovic broke the record that was previously held by Martin Odegaard when he became the youngest player to feature in a Norwegian top-flight match back in March.
He was 15 years and 20 days old when he came on for the final 5 minutes of the 1-0 home win over Sandefjord.
Rajkovic has subsequently scored his first senior goal, finding the back of the net against Bodo/Glimt last month, before getting his second versus Sarpsborg.
Rajkovic’s price tag has been set
TV2 report that Valerenga would only consider offloading the youngster for a fee in excess of 200m Norwegian Krone, which is roughly £16m.
That may seem a very high valuation considering that Rajkovic has only played 11 senior games, but the figure has to be put in context.
Jeremy Monga, a winger of a similar age and experience, moved to Manchester City from Leicester for £12.5m during the summer transfer window. Even inexperienced youngsters are going for sky-high fees at the moment.

Man Utd will face fierce competition for the player
Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona are also said to be keeping a close eye on Rajkovic’s progress, but it is felt that the La Liga champions may well be the favourites.
Rules that were put into place following the UK’s departure from the European Union mean that Premier League clubs can’t officially sign players from abroad who are below the age of 18.
As Spain are part of the EU, Barca would have no trouble snapping up Rajkovic in January or next summer.
