Washington Commanders running back Rachaad White has worried fans with a cryptic post on Monday morning after Jayden Daniels suffered a dislocated left elbow, and fans aren't happy with how the offense has reacted.
Daniels was carted off after the final play of the first half during Sunday's 37-20 defeat to the Dallas Cowboys, but initial X-rays showed no fracture. Daniels collided with offensive lineman Chris Paul with the Commanders at the one-yard line and fell hard onto his left arm.
Tom Brady couldn't help but swear during the FOX Sports broadcast when he saw his first replay of the incident, which appeared to be a horrific injury. White sent a worrying X post on Monday morning, but he and the Washington offense have been called out.
On Monday, White posted a broken heart emoji, followed by, "Please tell me it was a bad dream." Fans instantly feared the worst, assuming that White was talking about the Commanders quarterback.
Daniels missed the majority of the 2025 season due to a left-arm injury, and he is currently being assessed to see whether any issues have been reaggravated. Against the Cowboys, backup quarterback Marcus Mariota completed the game.
The incident occurred when Daniels was attempting to keep the play alive, with time set to expire. Daniels lost balance when colliding with Paul and used his left arm to brace the fall.

However, as the half ended and Daniels stayed down in serious pain, the Commanders' roster just walked off the field and barely glanced at the injured quarterback. Only Mariota went to check in on Daniels, as the rest of the roster headed to the locker room.
The footage went viral on social media and angered NFL fans, with White receiving a second wave of backlash for his post. "This you walking off the field?" One fan replied. "Bro was walking off the field with the O line. Performative," another added.
The rest of the Commanders' roster has also taken a lot of heat for their reaction. "Whole offensive line takes a glance, shows little concern, and just walks off to the locker room. Terrible look," one fan wrote on X.
"Feel like most O lines would have stayed there making sure he was ok," another added. "If a teammate goes down, you stay with him, even if it’s just for a short period of time, to show your support," one fan said in agreement.
Others then claimed that the incident showed Daniels' lack of popularity. "Damn they must really hate him lol," one fan wrote.
Another posted, "I have a feeling Jaden Daniels hasn't really done much to endear himself to his teammates."
However, Mariota's gesture to comfort Daniels was noticed. "Marcus was there praying for him. MM is a really good human being and a very good QB," one fan noted.
