Romello Height suffered a hand injury and was sidelined for a bit, but later returned to the game. Head coach Kyle Shanahan [shared an update](https://x.com/mattbarrows/status/2102132178113208639) on Height's status a day after the game.
“Romello Height broke his hand and will need surgery, Kyle Shanahan said. There's still a possibility he will play on Sunday,” Matt Barrows of The Athletic wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
