Matthew Stafford ran the show in California
Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown passes as the Los Angeles Rams bounced back from their opening week loss to beat the New York Giants 28-6.
Stafford threw for 327 yards and a score in each quarter as he moved to sixth on the NFL all-time list for touchdown passes with 426.
Opposite number Jaxson Dart injured his knee on the Giants opening drive and replacement Jameis Winston was only able to lead them to two field goals from Dominic Zvada.
Devante Adams caught a touchdown pass in each half as he racked up 195 receiving yards.
Kyren Williams and Theo Ferguson caught Stafford's other touchdown passes.
The Rams welcomed back defensive end Aaron Donald, who made three tackles in his first game for 32 months after coming out of retirement.
