The Denver Nuggets are set to give a chance to one of the most exciting players from the previous NCAA campaign.
According to NBA insider Marc Stein, former SMU star guard Boopie Miller is expected to sign an Exhibit 10 contract with the Nuggets.
Miller starred at SMU
The 23-year-old guard shined in his senior year with SMU last season, averaging 19.1 points, 6.4 assists, and 3.8 rebounds.
Miller earned Second-team All-ACC and NABC All-Gulf District First Team honors during a stellar 2025-26 season.
He was also named AP National Player of the Week and ACC Player of the Week in January 2026 after dropping 27 points and 12 assists in a massive win over North Carolina.
Miller also went viral last season after he hit an unforgettable running half-court buzzer-beater to sink Virginia Tech 77–76.

This summer, the 6-foot guard also had a chance to showcase his talents in the NBA Summer League with the Milwaukee Bucks.
He averaged 4.3 points and 1.7 assists in around 9 minutes per contest with the Bucks.
