Chelsea are reportedly keeping a close eye on Conrad Harder during the striker’s season-long loan spell at Strasbourg.
The 21-year-old joined the Ligue 1 club from RB Leipzig without an option to buy, giving Chelsea’s wider BlueCo network an opportunity to monitor his development closely.
According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea’s sporting hierarchy have admired Harder for several years and are receiving regular reports on his progress in France.
Chelsea continue Harder interest
Harder joined Leipzig from Sporting CP in 2025 but moved to Strasbourg this summer in search of more regular first-team football.
Chelsea are not reported to have agreed a future transfer.
Instead, the Blues are assessing whether the Denmark international could develop into a long-term option at Stamford Bridge.
The situation fits Chelsea’s wider use of Strasbourg as a development pathway, which has already seen a number of players move between the two BlueCo clubs.
We recently covered Chelsea’s continued use of Strasbourg in the Deivid Washington deal.
Harder another striker on Chelsea radar
Chelsea have also been linked with several other young forwards, including AC Milan teenager Francesco Camarda.
Harder offers a different profile, having already played senior football in Denmark, Portugal, Germany and now France.
His performances at Strasbourg will therefore be watched closely before Chelsea decide whether to make any future move.
For now, this remains monitoring rather than an active transfer negotiation.
