The three-time Super Bowl champion completed 32-of-47 passes for 382 yards and three touchdowns. He added two rushing attempts for 17 yards in the 33-30 overtime victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Mahomes controlled the offense and distributed the football well, maximizing his running backs and receiving corps.
Veteran tight end Travis Kelce recorded nine receptions for 101 yards and touchdowns. Meanwhile, Xavier Worthy and Jalen Royals scored a touchdown each, while Harrison Butker converted four field goals.

Kansas City Chiefs: Brittany Mahomes Reposts a Patrick Mahomes Update
Brittany reposted a graphic on her Instagram story showing her husband in first place in an NFL stat and added no caption. Mahomes already owns the most games with 350-plus passing yards and 3-plus touchdowns since 2017 and added to his lead. He has 21 under his name, seven more than Tom Brady in second place. Rounding out the top five are the Dallas Cowboys’ Dak Prescott, Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow and the Detroit Lions’ Jared Goff.

Mahomes and the Chiefs have their sights set on improving to 3-0 on Sunday when they take on Miami Dolphins. It’s the first of a two-game road trip before they face the Las Vegas Aces at Allegiant Stadium in Week 4. A bye week follows and a home matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 5.
