Emmanuel Acho turns down Leonard Fournette fight challenge with clapback 1
Emmanuel Acho answered Leonard Fournette’s fight challenge on Tuesday during Speakeasy, the YouTube show he hosts, and he picked a very different arena for the rematch. This round of their feud started with a Chicago Bears quarterback on a cart.
On Monday night’s episode, Acho took issue with Caleb Williams crying and pumping his fist toward the Soldier Field crowd as he was carted off with a hamstring injury during Chicago’s 9-3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2.

“The crying on the cart fist bump is reserved for someone done for the season or their career,” Acho said. “I think about Luke Kuechly who was done for his career. I think about Dak Prescott breaking his leg… The crying, tears, fist bump, that is sacred in the NFL… You cannot cry on the cart and walk out of the stadium.”
Fournette hit back on 4th and South, the podcast he co-hosts with Jarvis Landry.
“I see why people don’t like you,” Fournette said. “You say (bleep) for clickbait. You know for a fact all the (bleep) hard work we put in in the summertime. How can you say that, bro? Nobody wants to be hurt. Nobody wants to miss out on an opportunity to help their team win.”
He then said he would call promoter Adin Ross to set up a fight between the two. “I’m going to DDT the (bleep) out you,” Fournette said. “I’ve got to. Why are you doing that to these young guys? Stop letting this man hop on his mic and say this dumb (bleep) about these young dudes.”

Acho turned down the fight on Tuesday and went after Fournette’s intelligence instead.
“Here’s my thing, Leonard. I am too old to fight anybody. But you know what’s interesting? People who rush to fight only train their body and haven’t trained their brain,” Acho said. “Because I’ve trained my brain, why would I only resort to using my body? Leonard, I really question your intelligence because you can’t even pronounce a four-letter word. Acho, not Echo.”
He followed it with a jab at Fournette’s life after football.
“You’re retired, so hang up the athletic dreams. Pick up a book. You don’t need to be hooked on creatine, you don’t need to be hooked on the weights, maybe try hooked on Phonics.”

Why Leonard Fournette’s own hamstring history undercuts Acho’s standard
Fournette strained his hamstring against the New Orleans Saints in Week 15 of the 2021 season, when he was Tampa Bay’s lead back. The Buccaneers placed him on injured reserve, and he missed the last three regular-season games and a wild-card win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
Tampa Bay hoped to have him back for that wild-card game, but he felt discomfort when he tried to reach top speed in practice, according to then-head coach Bruce Arians. Fournette returned a week later for the divisional round against the Los Angeles Rams.
Williams was later diagnosed with a Grade 1 strain, a detail nobody had while the cart was still rolling toward the tunnel. Bears head coach Ben Johnson offered only a loose timeline on Monday.

“I gotta still talk with our trainer here; we’ll do that here shortly, and I’ll have the lowdown from him, but it sounds like it’s week-to-week and he will likely miss some time,” Johnson said.
The two already traded shots in March, when Fournette went after Acho over a take on Kevin Stefanski. Acho responded then by conceding his own career as a sixth-round backup and arguing that both men underwhelmed relative to where they were drafted.
