Everton have a really small squad after being left short on transfer deadline day.
But, David Moyes has been able to galvanise the Everton squad and his side head into the international break in fifth in the Premier League table.
Moyes has turned the terrible transfer window into a positive, as he’s given some of the fringe players more opportunities.
Tyrique George, in particular, has looked like a completely different player, as has Tyler Dibling in the last week or so.
James Tarkowski spoke to the media after the Ipswich win and he praised one of his Everton teammates for stepping up despite all the pressure on him.

Everton James Tarkowski impressed by Thierno Barry
Speaking to Everton’s website, Tarkowski singled out Thierno Barry and heaped praise on the Frenchman for showing real character during this difficult period.
“I’m pleased for him because he keeps getting himself into positions to score goals,” the Toffees defender explained.
“Sometimes as a striker, some of them hit you and go in (reflecting on the goal against Ipswich).
“Fair play to him. There’s a lot on him because he’s our only real out-and-out forward. There’s a lot of expectation on him, and he’s got a few goals for us now, so I’m really pleased for him.”
Barry is the only senior striker at the football club following Beto’s exit on deadline day and the failure to get Folarin Balogun over the line.
The 23-year-old has raised his level this term, netting five goals in just seven appearances, including a hat-trick in the Carabao Cup against Wolves.
It seems he’s benefiting from a proper run of games without having to come off on the hour mark for Beto.
Barry is in a great rhythm at the moment and mentally, looks in a really strong place.
