KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Chiefs are headed on the road for the first time in the 2026 season this week.
The Chiefs will take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at noon CT. Kansas City is an 11.5-point favorite and the over/under is set at 46.5.
At 2-0, the Chiefs are tied with the Las Vegas Raiders for the AFC West division lead through two weeks.

On Wednesday, head coach Andy Reid, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, wide receiver Rashee Rice and defensive end George Karlaftis will speak to reporters as preparation continues in their pursuit of a 3-0 record.
