NFL Week 3 is upon us, with another 16 games set to kick off between Thursday and Monday night.
The story of NFL Week 2 was the devastating injuries to star quarterbacks Jaxson Dart, Jayden Daniels, and Caleb Williams. While Williams may not end up missing much time, it certainly throws a wrench into the outlook for Week 3, with several backup quarterbacks being thrown into the fray.
Interestingly, none of the eight remaining undefeated teams face off against each other this week, while there is just one game between two winless teams, the Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts, on the schedule.

Packers 24, Falcons 18
Michael Penix Jr. gets his first start since rupturing his ACL last November, taking over an Atlanta offense that has the worst EPA on offense in the NFL through two weeks. Green Bay is the far more battle-tested team at home, having won 13 straight home openers, and will prevail in this one, according to Dimers.
Dolphins 17, Chiefs 28
Kansas City opened as a 10.5-point favorite, the largest spread of the week, after Miami became the only team in the NFL that hasn't led at any point this season. Patrick Mahomes has looked fully himself coming off his ACL rupture, throwing for 382 yards in Week 2.
Browns 20, Panthers 23
Bryce Young has thrown six touchdown passes with a 113.3 rating through two games, though the schedule has been soft; he's a combined 5-20 on the road for his career, and this is Carolina's first true road test.
Giants 22, Titans 18
The Giants will be without Jaxson Dart, whose Week 2 knee injury will require surgery and sideline him for the rest of the season. Tennessee is 0-2 and coming off a 23-10 loss to the Jets, giving New York's banged-up offense a favorable opponent to work through the transition.
Jaguars 24, Patriots 21
Drake Maye has thrown four interceptions through two games, while Jacksonville is coming off a letdown loss at Denver in which Trevor Lawrence managed no touchdowns after four scores in Week 1, so both offenses enter this one trying to find consistency.
Bills 29, Chargers 21
Buffalo is the NFL's highest-scoring offense at 38.5 points per game, and Josh Allen has nine total touchdowns with zero turnovers through two games, while Los Angeles is 0-2 for the first time in franchise history.

Lions 27, Jets 21
New York's defense has been the story of their season, third in EPA per defensive play and allowing just 4.0 yards per play, but head coach Aaron Glenn, a former Lions defensive coordinator, returns to Detroit for a real test of that unit against a top-tier passing attack.
Colts 21, Texans 23
Both teams enter 0-2, but Houston's defense has generally been the stronger unit, and Indianapolis has allowed 1,029 yards through two games, the most by any team through two weeks since 2016.
Commanders 17, Seahawks 23
Washington will start Marcus Mariota after Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow in Week 2. Seattle, the defending Super Bowl champion, is 2-0 even with backup Drew Lock filling in for the injured Sam Darnold, and its defense has allowed just 17 total points, the best mark in the league.
Steelers 19, Bengals 23
Cincinnati is 2-0 after a 20-6 road win over Houston, with Joe Burrow managing through a back issue that had him limited in practice. This AFC North rematch follows a 2025 meeting in which Ja'Marr Chase set a Bengals franchise record with 16 catches against Pittsburgh.
49ers 28, Cardinals 19
San Francisco is 2-0 and Brock Purdy leads the NFL with an 80.4% completion rate, along with 492 yards, and five touchdowns without being sacked once. The Cardinals now face the league's most efficient offense on the road as clear underdogs.
Buccaneers 20, Vikings 22
Tampa Bay is 0-2 and dealing with a turnover-prone start from Baker Mayfield and now faces a Vikings defense under Brian Flores that blitzes as often as any unit in the league.
Saints 24, Raiders 21
New Orleans is a surprising 1-1 after a road upset of Baltimore, and Tyler Shough leads the NFL with 662 passing yards through two games, while Las Vegas is 2-0 off upset road wins over Miami and the Chargers.
Ravens 27, Cowboys 24
This is the NFL's first-ever regular-season game in Rio de Janeiro, and it comes with real stakes. Baltimore is 1-1 after a stunning Week 2 loss to the Saints. Dallas is also 1-1, having bounced back from an opening loss to the Giants with a blowout of Washington.
Broncos 21, Rams 24
Denver has been dominant at home with Bo Nix (15-3 career home record) and boasts one of the league's best pass rushes, which could complicate things for a Rams line that's already given up pressure in bunches this season.
Bears 19, Eagles 23
Philadelphia is 2-0 after Jalen Hurts led a late-game winning drive against Tennessee, though the Eagles will be without top tight end Dallas Goedert. The spread on this game swung three points in favor of Philadelphia once Caleb Williams' injury news broke.
