Davante Adams’ Purple Taco Bell Card Is More Exclusive Than His Black Card 1
Davante Adams has plenty of expensive things at his disposal, apparently one of his favorite flexes has nothing to do with luxury cars or designer watches. The Los Angeles Rams receiver has a purple Taco Bell card that gives him unlimited access to the fast-food chain, and he says only two people currently have one.
That makes the card even more unusual than the traditional black card. Adams explained the wild perk during an appearance on Up & Adams, turning what sounds like a simple promotional gimmick into one of his funniest possessions.

On September 23, Adams showed off the purple Taco Bell card and explained why it stands out even among the perks that come with being an NFL star. The card has his name on it, cannot be used like a normal credit card, and, most importantly, comes with unlimited Taco Bell spending.
“There it is. And it’s got my name on the back, so if anybody tries to rob me, you’ll never be able to use it. It’s like a credit card. This purple card is basically like a black card, but it’s purple and only can be used at Taco Bell, it is unlimited.
I can go in there and buy, $7 million worth of Taco Bell today if I wanted, and go have a Taco Bell party.
That’s probably one of the coolest flexes I have. The black card and all that stuff’s cool….”

That kind of access is exactly why Adams considers the purple card more interesting than a conventional black card. He pointed out that plenty of people have the latter, while this particular Taco Bell perk is far harder to find.
The card also fits neatly into the long-running Taco Bell connection surrounding Adams. The Rams receiver became a Taco Bell brand spokesperson in 2022, and the company has repeatedly leaned into the joke that Adams wanted a Taco Bell setup of his own.
That led to plenty of confusion online when clips showed what looked like a Taco Bell restaurant inside his home; however, that setup was not actually part of Adams’ residence. Taco Bell created a pop-up called “Davante’s House” inside SoFi Stadium, complete with a functioning counter, for its promotional campaign.
The 33-year-old has clearly embraced the joke. During the same media run, he also praised the Kansas City Chiefs’ cornerback Trent McDuffie and agreed when Kay Adams suggested getting him a purple card.
For a receiver who has already spent years collecting NFL accolades and major contracts, the Taco Bell card might be the most unexpected flex of them all. Adams does not need another luxury perk but apparently needs unlimited tacos.
