Donald Trump has remained extremely close to the sports world, both at the professional level and colligate levels, over the last few years. He has attended numerous high profile events such as the Super Bowl, NBA finals, and more. Now, one of the biggest college football matchups of the season will have the POTUS present.

Trump To Attend Huge College Football Game
President Donald Trump will be in Knoxville this weekend for one of the biggest college football games of year to date. Trump is set to attend Saturday’s matchup between No. 1 Texas and No. 14 Tennessee at Neyland Stadium. A White House official confrimed his attendance to multiple outlets. The game is scheduled for noon ET and will be televised on ABC.
The news was first reported Wednesday by Clay Travis of Sport & State, who posted on X that sources had told him Trump would be at the game.
The matchup already had plenty of attention surrounding it. Texas enters the game ranked No. 1 nationally after taking down Ohio State in a huge game. Tennessee, meanwhile, is ranked No. 14, after a 42-9 win over Kennesaw State Both team are undefeated.
Neyland Stadium has been sold out for 29 consecutive games, with the most recent sellout drawing 101,915 fans.

The excitement around Saturday’s game will begin well before kickoff.
ESPN’s College GameDay will broadcast from Knoxville Saturday morning, with the show scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET. The final hour will move inside Neyland Stadium ahead of the noon kickoff.
