Two weeks of the 2026 NFL season are officially in the books, and fantasy managers are already getting a clearer picture of which wide receivers can be trusted each week.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has established himself as an elite weekly option, while CeeDee Lamb's monster Week 2 performance pushed him back into the WR1 conversation. Ja'Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Justin Jefferson remain locked into the top tier, while players such as Christian Watson, DeVonta Smith and Parker Washington have seen their fantasy stock rise.

Injuries are also playing a major role in this week's rankings. Puka Nacua remains questionable after missing Week 2 with a groin/hip issue, while A.J. Brown is on injured reserve and should not be considered for a Week 3 lineup.

Keep reading for our full breakdown of the wide receiver position for Week 3 of the 2026 fantasy season.

Week 3 WR Sleepers

Rashod Bateman

Bateman is an intriguing Week 3 sleeper because Zay Flowers' hamstring injury could once again leave him as Baltimore's top wide receiver. Bateman took advantage of Flowers' absence in Week 2, catching 7 of 9 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown while playing 93% of the Ravens' offensive snaps.

The matchup against Dallas also adds to his appeal. The Cowboys have allowed productive games for opposing pass catchers early this season, and Bateman's increased role gives him a strong opportunity to provide WR3/FLEX value if Flowers remains out.

Michael Wilson

Wilson is a sleeper worth considering despite a disappointing Week 2 performance. He has 14 targets through two games, including seven in each contest, showing that Arizona is consistently getting him involved. He opened the season with five catches for 56 yards on seven targets before being held to two catches for 18 yards against Seattle.

The big reason to keep Wilson in mind is volume. Even with the Cardinals' passing game struggling against Seattle, he still received seven targets. He's also coming off a 2025 season with 78 catches, 1,006 yards and seven touchdowns, so there's legitimate upside if his efficiency rebounds.

Week 3 WR Busts

Emeka Egbuka

Egbuka is a potential Week 3 bust because his production has been heavily touchdown-dependent early in the season. He had five catches for 63 yards in Week 1, but that dropped to just three catches for 16 yards in Week 2, with his lone touchdown saving his fantasy day. With Tampa Bay also getting Chris Godwin involved, Egbuka could struggle to maintain consistent volume. He is currently projected for only 3.7 catches and 53 receiving yards in Week 3.

Tre Tucker

Tucker appears to be a clear regression candidate after posting five catches, 119 yards, and a touchdown in Week 2. This followed a limited showing of just two catches for 27 yards in the season opener, highlighting his inconsistent performance. Additionally, the Raiders' offense features multiple receiving options vying for targets, which makes another 100-yard game unlikely.
