Sarah Jane Ramos is not pregnant. She would like you to know that. She also is not interested in letting the internet rewrite the end of her engagement to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott with silly rumors.
In an Instagram comment this week, Ramos shut down speculation that she was expecting another child and used the same post to accuse Prescott of cheating during their relationship. Nothing like airing out your dirty laundry.
“Hi everyone,” the mother of two said. “Not pregnant!! Just very thick, eating again, and happier than I’ve been in a long time!”
Well, that’s good. And she’s definitely not bitter over what happened with Prescott.
“That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy,” she added. “Hard for most of you money-obsessed people to believe, I know.”
“I suggest all of you find something else to do with your free time because being this concerned with what I’m up to and if I’m pregnant is high key very weird, and I’m pretty sure most of you need therapy.”
She sounds a bit salty.

Dak Prescott’s Ex-Fiancee Puts the Split Back in View
Well, if this was Ramos’ way of trying to put the story of her and Prescott’s breakup in the rearview mirror, it’s not likely to work.
The engagement ended in March, about a month before the couple was scheduled to marry in Lake Como, Italy. Ramos and Prescott had been together since 2023, got engaged in October 2024, and share two young daughters.
Page Six reported after the breakup that Ramos called off the wedding over what a source described as “ongoing infidelity issues.”

According to that account, she believed Prescott had communicated with other women during the relationship, stayed for the sake of their family, and confronted him in January. The final break came after a joint bachelor-and-bachelorette trip to the Bahamas. A source said Ramos then learned Prescott had allegedly used incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and former flings.
Ramos previously rejected a separate rumor that the wedding died over a prenuptial agreement.
“This had nothing to do with a prenup,” she wrote at the time.
The pair later focused on co-parenting. Prescott filed a Texas custody action after the split, and reports said they reached a temporary arrangement outside court. In May, they appeared together at a daughter’s birthday. In June, Prescott joked that “stress may help lose a little weight,” then cut himself off when asked about the offseason. At training camp, he called the breakup an “unfortunate situation” and said there had been “false narratives” on both sides, without addressing the specific allegations.

Prescott’s Season Hasn’t Slowed Down
On the field, none of this has shown up in the box score. The Cowboys are 1-1. They lost 28-20 at the Giants in Week 1, then dominated Washington 37-20 at home. Prescott is 48-of-65 for 454 yards, six touchdowns, and one interception. That is a 117.1 passer rating.
Sunday against the Commanders was the statement game. He went 26-of-31 for 279 yards and four scores. The last one, a 24-yard throw to CeeDee Lamb, was the 249th touchdown pass of his Cowboys career and pushed him past Tony Romo for the franchise record. Lamb had eight catches for 153 yards and two touchdowns in that game.

Dallas is tied for second in the NFC East, behind 2-0 Philadelphia and even with the Giants. Next is Baltimore on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET, a 1-1 Ravens team, in a Week 3 matchup at Maracanã Stadium in Brazil.
Prescott has not addressed Ramos’s new comment.
