The EA FC 27 ratings are out and there are plenty of Premier League players in the top 20, with Arsenal and Liverpool well represented

The new edition of EA Sports FC is out this week and that means a new set of player ratings. Arsenal's status as reigning Premier League holders means they have plenty of representation towards the top of the list.
All in all, there are 20 Premier League players with a rating of 86 or higher. Eight of those play for the Gunners - seven from last season's title-winning squad as well as new arrival Bruno Guimaraes.
A score of 88 or higher is needed to crack the top 20 in the game as a whole, with the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal among the best-rated stars playing overseas. However, the high ratings of 20 players from the English top flight emphasises just how strong the league is.
Arsenal have three players on 86 exactly, with captain Martin Odegaard joined by new midfield partner Guimaraes and last season's top scorer Viktor Gyokeres. One point higher is Bukayo Saka, who shares the 87 rating with Manchester City's Ruben Dias and Liverpool keeper Alisson.
Three more Gunners stars have a score of 88 - David Raya, Declan Rice and William Saliba. Of course, in real life, Mikel Arteta has been made to do without Saliba so far this season after the centre-back was injured at the World Cup.
It's Gabriel who leads the way in terms of Arsenal players, with his 89 rating matched by Bruno Fernandes of Manchester United and Manchester City No.1 Gianluigi Donnarumma. However, no one in the Premier League can match City top scorer Erling Haaland on 91.
With eight players in the top 20, Arsenal are far and away the best-represented of the English clubs. Liverpool and Manchester City each have five, while there is one apiece for Manchester United and Chelsea.
