Will the Cowboys be celebrating when the calendar turns to November?
A peek behind the curtain: we had a different guest planned for this week. A big one, both literally and figuratively. Alas, we found out Wednesday that he needed to reschedule—we’ll hopefully have him on in October—and we pulled into the studio without anyone lined up to chat with us. Thankfully, our deal pal Jeff Cavanaugh, of DLLS and the Haymaker Network (and StrongSide, once upon a time, too), stormed out of the bullpen to save the day.
We were already planning on having Jeff on in the near future, because he’s one of the sharpest and most entertaining Cowboys minds there is. Now you get him a little sooner, just in time for a five-game stretch that could prove the Cowboys’ mettle as a contender or knock them out of the playoff picture entirely.
