Jayden Daniels Gets NSFW Injury Prevention Tip From Marshawn Lynch 1
Jayden Daniels is dealing with another left elbow injury after leaving Washington’s loss to the Cowboys. The injury also drew a crude joke from Seattle Seahawks veteran Marshawn Lynch.
Daniels has started his rehabilitation process following the injury and Lynch’s hilarious remark seems to be a lighthearted poke from a fellow player at the time.
Marshawn Lynch shares expletive-laden tip for Jayden Daniels after elbow injury
Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow during the team’s Week 2 game against the Dallas Cowboys on September 20, 2026. The Commanders lost 37-20, with Daniels leaving after the final play of the first half.

Washington was down 17-10 with 12 seconds left in the second quarter and had reached the Cowboys’ 1-yard line. As Daniels moved away from the snap, guard Chris Paul stepped on his foot, causing him to lose his balance. Daniels reached out with his left arm to brace himself, and his elbow buckled under his body weight. He still got the pass away, but it fell incomplete.
Daniels tried to walk toward the sideline but went back to the ground because of the pain. Trainers checked on him before placing an air cast on his left arm and taking him off the field on a cart. Marcus Mariota replaced him at quarterback in the second half.
Before leaving, Daniels completed 11 of 17 passes for 96 yards and one touchdown. He also rushed seven times for 69 yards. His 69 rushing yards in the first half were the most by a quarterback against Dallas in NFL history.
Initial X-rays showed no fracture, but Daniels needed further imaging to determine the full extent of the dislocation. The injury affected his non-throwing left arm.
The injury later became a topic on The Get Got Pod, where Marshawn Lynch discussed it with Mike Robinson. Robinson briefly brought up Caleb Williams’ injury before the Veteran Running Back responded: “That little n need to start going to jack off. You got to be ambidextrous when it come to beating that motherf”
Robinson then talked about Caleb Williams waving off his injury and dealing with a Grade 1 hamstring issue. The Veteran Running Back responded “Mike, if you callin’ n***as p***y, then just call ’em p***y, Mike! If that’s something that happened in our locker room back when we was playing, we probably going to bust hella jokes on that n***a for a long, long, long time, my n***a!”
Robinson then said he felt bad for Daniels and his injured elbow. The veteran running back continued: “That little n***a need to start going to jack off. Get that motherf***er. He gotta go beat that motherf***er to get his sh*t right. Look n***a, I ain’t had these forearms, you feel me though? Why you think a n***a stiff arm was so cold? Mannn… n***a I was ambidextrous with this motherf***er! N***a, what?”
The comments were crude jokes, not medical advice. Lynch linked the joke to the forearm strength that helped make his stiff-arm famous, and the clip quickly circulated on social media.
Jayden Daniels’ previous elbow injury adds to latest setback
Jayden Daniels has dealt with the same left elbow before. He first dislocated it on November 2, 2025, against the Seattle Seahawks, forcing him to miss three games.
Doctor Jesse Morse pointed out the previous injury while discussing Daniels’ latest setback on X. He wrote, “This is the same elbow his dislocated in 2025 causing him to miss 3 games and then reinjured and missed the final 4 games of the season.”
Daniels returned following the initial absence but later suffered another injury to the same elbow, ending his 2025 season after seven appearances.
Daniels entered the NFL as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft after winning the Heisman Trophy at LSU. He also won NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in his first season with Washington.
The injury will sideline Daniels for Washington’s Week 3 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on September 27 at Northwest Stadium. The game is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, with Marcus Mariota starting at quarterback. The Commanders have not announced when Daniels will return.
As Daniels begins his recovery from the setback, Lynch’s jokes about the injury drew attention online. He also pointed to his own forearm strength and trademark stiff-arm when discussing Daniels.
