INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — The Colts head into halftime leading the Texans, 13-7.
The Colts scored the first 10 points of the game, with Spencer Shrader putting the Colts on the board first with a 39-yard field goal. The Colts added to the lead with a 6-yard touchdown pass from Daniel Jones to Keenan Allen.
Jones fumbled on the Colts first drive of the game as he was being sacked by Will Anderson Jr. The Texans recovered and the drive started in Colts territory, but they turned it over on downs.
Jonathan Taylor was not able to get anything going on the ground in the first half, with 9 carries for just 19 yards. Josh Downs was an impact player for the Colts, hauling in four passes for 72 yards.
The Colts are set to receive the ball to start the second half.
