Williams was apparently hurt in the second half and has since exited the game. The veteran left tackle is the second 49ers starter to get hurt in Week 3, as Mike Evans exited the contest early with a rib injury.

UPDATE: The 49ers announced Williams is questionable to return with a stinger.
Williams was carted off to the locker room in the third quarter and had a towel over his head. It isn't clear what he's dealing with exactly.
