Bradley Barcola has had a slow start to life at Liverpool after joining in a massive £123m move from Paris Saint-Germain in August.
The saga which took Barcola from Paris to Liverpool spanned the full summer transfer window, with the Reds completely convinced that the Frenchman was the right player to take their attack to the next level.
So far, that hasn’t really happened, but according to actor Stephen Graham, who is a life-long Liverpool fan, it is only a matter of time before Barcola sparks into life.

Stephen Graham backs ‘phenomenal’ Barcola to come good
Graham has made a top acting career out of playing the Scouser, while his hit 2025 show, Adolescence, has turned him into a household name in recent times.
Born in Kirkby, where Liverpool’s AXA Training Centre is housed, Graham is also a Red, and, as a result, was asked about where he thinks the club will finish in the Premier League this season during an interview with Capital Xtra.
“Oh you,” he said to the presenter with a mock exasperated sigh. “Isak’s doing alright now you know” he continued.
“And Bradley Barcola, that’s the man, he’s going to be phenomenal! Jeremy Jacquet, he’s a Rolls Royce that kid. He is 21, look at him.”
After bigging up Isak, Barcola and Jacquet, though, Graham backed Arsenal to retain the Premier League, insisting that he would be happy to see Liverpool finish in the Champions League places once again.
“Alright, let’s be honest, Arsenal are going to win the league,” he said. “I don’t know, but top five will do me, top five will do me.”
