If there was only one game ball to hand out from the win in Miami, who would you give it to? With less than 24 hours since the game’s conclusion, the majority of the AP community is voting for quarterback Patrick Mahomes, but that was one of the options listed in the poll, along with running back Kenneth Walker, tight end Travis Kelce, and wide receiver Rashee Rice.
AP user 78Bell replied to the poll with a write-in submission of linebacker Nick Bolton, who led the team with eight solo tackles, one for loss, and a pass defended. When I replied that I didn’t believe anyone on defense deserved a spot in the poll, user Atypical Vagabond brought some much-needed perspective to my overcritical mentality.
