OPA LOCKA, Fla. (KLTV) - Patrick Mahomes tossed a pair of touchdown passes in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 24-10 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
The former Whitehouse Wildcat has 812 yards passing and 7 touchdowns this season.
Mahomes was 20 of 24 for 246 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception on Sunday. In the second quarter, Mahomes executed a 15-play, 60-yard drive that ended with a 5-yard touchdown pass to running back Kenneth Walker to put the Chiefs up 14-7. In the fourth quarter, Mahomes connected with Travis Kelce for an 11-yard touchdown pass to give Kansas City a 24-10 lead.
Kansas City (3-0) heads to Las Vegas on Oct. 4 to play the Raiders (3-0).
