POLICE have revealed new details about the woman whose body was discovered in a Liverpool park as they renew their appeal to identify her.
The woman was found in a bin in the bushes of the walled garden at Stanley Park, Anfield, after a member of the public contacted police at around 5.25pm on Friday, August 28.
Merseyside Police believe she may have been there for several weeks, possibly since early July.

Despite repeated appeals, officers have so far been unable to establish her identity.
Police have now confirmed that forensic tests have produced a DNA profile for the woman - but there is no match on the national DNA database.
She also had no teeth, meaning officers have been unable to compare dental records.
Detectives have revealed that the woman suffered from osteoporosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and arthritis in her hands.
She was also malnourished, although police said they have been unable to establish whether this was due to her age or neglect.
Officers have spoken to occupants of nearly 900 properties as part of their investigation.
A total of 126 women have been eliminated from enquiries after concerns were raised about people matching the description of the unidentified woman.
Police have also widened their enquiries to include reports of women aged between 60 and 80.
Detective Chief Inspector John Fitzgerald, the senior investigating officer, said officers hoped the woman's medical conditions could help someone recognise her.
He said: “We are hoping that reference to the woman’s medical conditions will jog someone’s memory and assist us in identifying her.
“Whilst we believe the woman to be aged around 70 we have not ruled out that she could be slightly younger or older and we would ask that people take that into consideration.”
The woman is described as white, around 5ft 2in tall and of slight build.
She was found wearing a pink Nike T-shirt.
Police are asking anyone who recognises the description or has information which could help the investigation to come forward.
