Arsenal have been linked with a move to sign Manchester City forward Erling Haaland in what would be a bombshell transfer.
There's been a lot of speculation surrounding Manchester City after it was reported that they have been found guilty of almost all of their Premier League financial charges.
David Ornstein reported that City have been found guilty of 114 out of 115 charges, with the Premier League process still ongoing.
There are a number of different punishments that could be sent City's way, including enough points deducted that would see them relegated to the Championship.
This could then lead to a number of City's key players heading through the exit door. It's hard to imagine the likes of Haaland playing in the second tier.
Where the Norwegian striker would end up remains to be seen, but reports have suggested that Arsenal have made contact with his representatives over a potential move.
Arsenal and Real Madrid are the two sides believed to have contacted Haaland's representatives following Man City being found guilty of breaching the Premier League's financial rules.
A severe punishment would likely put Haaland's future into uncertainty, although his contract isn't believed to have a relegation release clause.
City would likely want to keep a number of their key stars, but there's no doubt the majority of them will be looking to head through the exit door if they are relegated.
If Arsenal can get their hands on the Norwegian striker, it would be an absolute game changer for them. It wouldn't be a surprise to see them win the Premier League for many years to come.
Many have already tipped Arsenal to win the Premier League title once again, and you'd imagine the vote would be almost unanimous if Haaland made the move to Arsenal.

It's clear that Haaland is arguably the best striker in the world, so any team would be more than lucky to have him.
Arsenal undoubtedly could do with a striker if they're going to improve their squad next summer, and Haaland would be the perfect option for them for multiple reasons.
The Norwegian forward, as mentioned, is potentially the best striker in the world, and he's also more than proven in the Premier League.
Signing Haaland would undoubtedly see the Gunners win the Premier League title for the foreseeable future.
There's every chance that Arsenal could go unbeaten with someone like Haaland in their side. Mikel Arteta has built a monster defence, and Haaland could be the missing piece for them to solve their attack.
