Everton defender James Tarkowski has labelled young winger Tyler Dibling an 'incredible' talent, and David Moyes needs to show more faith in the star.
Dibling has struggled to prove himself to Moyes since his arrival from Southampton during the 2025 summer transfer window.
The youngster was barely given an opportunity to start in the Premier League for Everton last season, while he's yet to start a top-flight game this campaign either.

The 20-year-old played just 350 minutes in the Premier League last season, while he failed to play a single minute in the opening four Premier League games this term.
Dibling did, however, produce a fantastic display at home to Wolves in the Carabao Cup, producing an assist for Everton's winner.
That gave Moyes a little more faith to give Dibling extra minutes, coming on for the final 25 against Ipswich in the next game.
Moyes still doesn't seem totally convinced, but he's clearly making an impact in training now.
Everton captain Tarkowski has recently been speaking about young winger Dibling, labelling him an incredible talent. The Everton defender also says how impressive Dibling is in training, and he's starting to show what he can truly do.
"His talent is incredible. We see in training all the time how good he is. Doing it in games is the hardest part. But the past couple of games he's showing what he can really do. Hopefully, he can build from that."
Tarkowski also suggests that he's now got a good couple of mates who help build him up, and he himself has tried to help the young talent.
"He's got a good couple of mates who build him up. I just try to give him a word here and there to help him out."
Tarkowski has recently stepped into the role as Everton's captain, replacing Seamus Coleman, who left in the summer.
The experienced defender will be needed, particularly when it comes to helping youngsters such as Dibling.

Moyes now needs to start showing more faith in Dibling, as he's clearly a talent that can help Everton achieve their goals this season.
The youngster proved against Wolves and Ipswich that he's a player who is capable of playing at this level, and Moyes just needs to trust him now.
The Everton manager has shown a little more faith in recent weeks, but that needs to continue throughout the season.
Dibling doesn't need to start every game, but there's no doubt he's a player who is deserving of more than 350 minutes over the course of a campaign.
It's a huge season for Dibling, especially after Everton invested a huge amount of money to bring him to the club last summer.
