Fleetwood Town have unveiled a special edition commemorative shirt ahead of their huge Carabao Cup meeting with Arsenal during the 2026-27 season.
The League Two club will welcome Arsenal to Highbury Stadium on Tuesday 27 October 2026, with the fourth-round tie scheduled for an 8pm kick-off. Fleetwood have produced a dedicated Puma shirt to mark what promises to be one of the standout occasions of their season.
Fleetwood Town v Arsenal Commemorative Shirt
The special edition Fleetwood Town 2026-27 shirt retains the club’s instantly recognisable red and white colours but introduces several details specifically commemorating the Arsenal fixture.
Puma have opted for a predominantly red body combined with contrasting white sleeves. Black inserts appear beneath the arms, while black-and-white striped detailing around the collar and sleeve cuffs completes the classic look.
The Fleetwood Town crest is embroidered in white and red on the left side of the chest, with a white Puma logo positioned opposite.
Most importantly, between the Puma branding and club badge is a special match inscription reading:
Fleetwood Town vs Arsenal Carabao Cup Fourth Round Highbury Stadium 27th October 2026
It immediately distinguishes the shirt from Fleetwood’s regular 2026-27 kits and turns it into a genuine piece of memorabilia from the fixture.
Ruby Energy Sponsor Completes the Design
Fleetwood’s Ruby Energy branding remains prominently displayed across the centre of the shirt in white.
Keeping all of the logos predominantly white gives the shirt a particularly clean appearance against the red base, while the absence of additional graphics or patterns allows the commemorative match detailing to remain one of its defining features.
The reverse is similarly understated, continuing with an almost entirely solid red body and white sleeves.
A Huge Carabao Cup Night at Highbury
The shirt has been created for a significant occasion in Fleetwood Town’s 2026-27 campaign.
Fleetwood reached the fourth round after victories over Chesterfield, Shrewsbury Town and Sheffield United, winning all three Carabao Cup ties at Highbury without conceding a goal. Their reward is a home meeting with Arsenal and an opportunity to reach the quarter-finals.
With Arsenal making the trip to Fleetwood’s compact Highbury Stadium, the fixture should also make the commemorative shirt particularly interesting to shirt collectors in years to come.
Fleetwood Town 2026-27 Special Edition Shirt
Unlike simply adding match embroidery to an existing retail jersey, Fleetwood have presented the design as a dedicated Special Edition Commemorative Shirt – Fleetwood Town v Arsenal.
The shirt is currently available to pre-order through Fleetwood Town’s official club shop, alongside a commemorative programme, ticket and scarf produced for the match.
It’s a smart way of marking one of the biggest fixtures on Fleetwood’s 2026-27 calendar and another interesting addition to the growing collection of special-edition football shirts released specifically for major cup occasions.
