Manchester City star Nico O'Reilly will be unavailable for England's UEFA Nations League fixture against Czech Republic on Tuesday owing to an injury, according to a new report.
Nico O'Reilly is a doubt for Manchester City's next Premier League fixture against Liverpool.

The 21-year-old made a error in defence that directly led to Spain's Alex Baena making it 2-1 in their 3-2 win over England at the weekend.
Manchester City's Marc Guehi was also guilty of a similar mistake that led to a goal for La Roja on what was far from a convincing night for Enzo Maresca's defenders on international duty.
O'Reilly enjoyed a brilliant 2026/27 season for his boyhood club under Pep Guardiola, scoring a brace in City's 2-0 Carabao Cup final win over Premier League champions Arsenal at Wembley in March.
The versatile star was also an ever-present in Guardiola's preferred starting XI in the Catalan's final season managing Manchester City as the Blues gave Arsenal a run for their money - only to fall just short at the final hurdle.
Enzo Maresca has since replaced Guardiola and O'Reilly has made an impressive start to life under the Italian, though Manchester City could be set for a difficult test against Liverpool at Anfield on October 11 without the England international.

O'Reilly Unfit for Czechia vs England
Sky Sports News have reported on Tuesday morning that just days after making a glaring error in England's defeat to Spain, O'Reilly will miss the Three Lions' UEFA Nations League fixture against Czech Republic with injury.
The nature and full extent of the fitness issue are yet to be revealed but Maresca and his coaching staff will be closely monitoring O'Reilly's situation - and if the injury is in fact serious, the defender will be called back to the City Football Academy.
England manager Thomas Tuchel is expected to issue an update on O'Reilly later on Tuesday as it remains to be seen whether the Manchester City academy graduate will indeed withdraw from international duty.
What Does This Mean for Enzo Maresca and Man City?
City have made a perfect start to the 2026/27 Premier League campaign with five wins in five and if they are to beat Liverpool at Anfield, they would ideally need O'Reilly back.
Should the left-back remain unavailable for the trip to Merseyside, Maresca is likely to turn to Josko Gvardiol at left-back, with the Croatia international having established himself as a competent option on the flank since joining City from RB Leipzig in 2023.
Paris Saint-Germain will visit the Etihad Stadium three days after Manchester City's Premier League fixture against Liverpool, so the calendar doesn't get any easier for Maresca and co after their upcoming domestic test against Andoni Iraola's troops.
