Liverpool could "make a move" for "complete" Premier League ace who's scored 2 goals vs Reds

_“Schade is a very good player and he’s showing that for Brentford at the moment. He’s a goalscorer, and they’re not always easy to find at the moment, especially if you’re looking for somebody who is suited to the Premier League and this level of football._

_“So it comes as no surprise that Liverpool are keen on him, I expect they will have had scouts watching him closely at his last few games. He’s very direct, physical, quick, very good on the ball, and like I say, he’s got an eye for goal, so that ticks a number of boxes as the type of player Liverpool are looking for._

_“Liverpool want to strengthen out wide, so if he continues to play at a high level, there is no reason why they couldn’t make a move for him.”_

There is plenty to like about Schade when it comes to imagining him in a Liverpool shirt, with the Reds witnessing his effectiveness firsthand, as mentioned.

He is effective right across the attack, even though his best position is coming in off the left wing, and Brentford manager [Keith Andrews](https://www.yourlocalguardian.co.uk/sport/25725465.andrews-full-praise-hat-trick-hero-kevin-schade/) showered him with praise last season, saying:

_“Yeah, really pleased and one I feel he deserves. He works tirelessly for the team. It’s an attribute that we insist on for our attacking players that they have to run back as quickly as they run forward. He’s a constant threat._

_“I feel like in the last couple of weeks he’s been starting to get into really good positions and getting really really close and today was a really nice hat-trick right foot left foot header. So it doesn’t come more complete than that. He was excellent today.”_

Schade has proven that he can be a force in the Premier League, which is a clear positive for Liverpool, and he is at an age where he is still developing, and that shouldn’t change for a number of years.

He may not be the world-renowned force that some Reds supporters will want added to their attack, but with Cody Gakpo’s long-term future at Anfield far from certain, he could be an excellent replacement.

Schade is also only contracted at Brentford until the summer of 2028, so they will know that next summer may be the best time to receive a healthy fee for him.
