FootballTransfers runs through the biggest rumours and gossip from 1 October, including the latest updates on Endrick, Andre Onana and Kevin Schade.
Endrick has "ace up his sleeve"
Real Madrid striker Endrick still has an agreement to join AS Roma, AS reports.
The Brazil international is increasingly likely to leave Los Blancos again in January. Another loan deal is the most likely outcome, as Real Madrid still believe that he could develop into a key player.
In the summer, Endrick was on the verge of joining AS Roma on loan, but Jose Mourinho successfully convinced him to stay. His agreement with the Serie A side remains an "ace up his sleeve," although he has also been linked with AC Milan, Arsenal and Man Utd.

Man Utd are ready to sell Andre Onana to loan club Trabzonspor for just €10 million, Turkiye claims.
The goalkeeper, who joined the Red Devils for €50m in 2023, is in his second season on loan with the Turkish club and has repeatedly stated that he is very happy in Trabzon.
Yet, despite the low asking price, Trabzonspor still consider Man Utd's demands too high and want to hold further talks in order to get Onana on an even cheaper deal. They will also ask the player to take a pay cut.
Liverpool favourites for Schade

The Germany international is a target for the Reds, Arsenal and other clubs, while Brentford are determined to hand him a new contract. An extension is far from guaranteed, however, and a failure to agree terms within the next few weeks could "unlock" his 2027 departure.
Brentford would look to bank a "healthy profit" and may even agree to sell him as early as January. Liverpool are currently one of the top contenders to secure the 24-year-old's signature.
Scott not for sale

Bournemouth will not entertain approaches for Alex Scott in January, the BBC understands.
The 23-year-old is understood to be one of Chelsea's top targets heading into 2027, while he has also previously fielded interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd and Man City. The two Manchester clubs, however, are not expected to make a fresh move for him.
Chelsea, on the other hand, will likely return for Scott. They are open to making a midfield signing in January, but the Bournemouth star is unlikely to be available mid-season.
Quansah battle erupts
Real Madrid are the latest club to show an interest in Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah, BILD writes.
The England star was an option for Arsenal this summer, but his club rejected a €65m approach from the Gunners. Quansah was open to a Premier League return and is increasingly likely to leave Leverkusen in 2027.
Chelsea and Real Madrid are now also keeping tabs on the 23-year-old, while Liverpool could re-sign him for €70m as they still hold a buy-back clause for next summer.
