Liverpool are keeping close tabs on Hull City goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis, according to reports.

The 23-year-old, who has been capped 13 times by Greece, only moved to the Tigers for a club record £20m (plus add-ons) during the summer transfer window.

However, TEAMtalk claim that the Reds have “been impressed” by how Tzolakis has performed since making the switch to the MKM Stadium.

They have yet to make a decision on whether they will bring in a “long-term” replacement for Alisson, but Tzolakis is very much on their radar.

Liverpool are not the only ones watching the keeper

Tottenham are believed to be in the market for a new No.1, with several members of their recruitment team not convinced by Antonin Kinsky.

Tzolakis is reportedly on Spurs’s shortlist of potential replacements if they do decide to sign another shot-stopper.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be monitoring the Greek international’s progress.

What is the latest on Alisson’s future?

The Brazilian is out of contract at the end of the season, and there is no indication at this stage that he will put pen to paper on an extension.

Alisson was reportedly tempted to join Juventus last summer, but the Bianconeri could not agree a fee, and they eventually landed Tottenham’s Guglielmo Vicario instead.

While a move to Juve may no longer be an option for the 33-year-old, he is set to have a whole host of other suitors if he does run down his current deal and leave on a free transfer.
