Liverpool's transfer business is finished for another three months, but the Reds will be making plans for when the window re-opens in January.
Under the guidance of returning sporting director Julian Ward, the club will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the current squad, as well as the opportunities to improve and the potential future threats that need to be considered.
Three areas will be of particular interest, with the midfield, right-back, and right-wing all flagging concerns for fans over the past season and the early months of the current campaign. So, with that said, here's a look at the latest Liverpool transfer news and rumors ahead of another busy day of action.

Liverpool is continuing to monitor the progress of former academy graduate Tyler Morton, as the midfielder continues to impress with Ligue Un side Lyon.
That's according to Football Insider, which claims that the Reds are tracking the 23-year-old, who could be one of several midfielders on the club's radar ahead of the coming transfer window.

As it stands, Liverpool is yet to make a concrete move, while Lyon is believed to be reluctant to accept an exit in the future.
Liverpool.com says: Considering Liverpool's midfield troubles at times, with the balance far from ideal in the central ranks, a switch for someone like Morton makes sense.
That is only amplified by the fact that he has already played for the club, and is born and raised relatively local to the club, further enhancing the potential for fans to accept such a switch.
Morton could fix plenty of issues, though there may be some concerns over a potential price tag, and whether a move could go through if Lyon is reluctant to sell.
Gilberto Mora (Club Tijuana)

A transfer switch for Gilberto Mora has once again been touted, as TeamTalk reports that Liverpool is showing "serious interest" in the youngster.
The 17-year-old has enjoyed a breakout year, which included a World Cup debut in the summer for Mexico, and has plenty of clubs lining up to land him in the future.
Liverpool cannot officially sign Mora until he turns 18 later this month, though it's claimed that direct contact has been made with the player's representatives about a possible future deal.
Liverpool.com says: Liverpool's proactive approach for the brightest and best young talent will be part of the strategy to rebuild a winning team at the very top level.
Mora would be the latest in that mould, though the question will still surround how good he is, and how much better he can get in the years that follow.
There may be some doubts over a huge transfer fee that could follow, but Liverpool appears well-positioned to at least explore a deal for the youngster, who could develop into a top talent.
