La Liga giants Barcelona have late this week been afforded some welcome news on the personnel front. This comes amid confirmation that Raphinha has not suffered any sort of significant injury setback.
Wide-man Raphinha was for his part forced into an early departure from international duty earlier this week.
After featuring from the off in Brazil’s friendly meeting with Australia, the 29-year-old was hooked at the interval, owing to what was later revealed to be a muscular problem.
Raphinha, in turn, made the trip back to Catalunya’s capital on Thursday, pencilled in for a round of medical tests and scans.
And as alluded to above, on Friday, the results of as much have been revealed… The info comes courtesy of Barcelona insider Alfredo Martinez, who reports:
‘Raphinha has no injury after passing his medical check-up this morning. He’s okay, and if Flick wants, he could play against Getafe.’
