Arsenal star Viktor Gyokeres impressed during a Sweden draw on Friday night, once again finding the net. Graham Potter's men drew 1-1 with Bosnia Herzegovina, losing their perfect start but remaining top of their Nations League group and still unbeaten.

Injury and illness has ripped its way through the Sweden squad over the last week, and they were left short up top, with both Alexander Isak and Benjamin Nygren missing out. But Gyokeres was able to carry the load, finding the net with a second-half goal to put Sweden ahead. Bosnia went on to score an equaliser with 10 minutes remaining, and they remain within two points of leaders Sweden as a result.

Meanwhile, Poland, who beat Romania 6-0 on Friday night, are three points behind Sweden and two behind Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Gyokeres' goal now means he has scored three goals in three games during this international window, and he still has one game to go. That's an important run of form for the striker, who has not been Arsenal's first-choice frontman so far this season.

In SvenskFans' player ratings on Friday night, Gyokeres got a four out of five, with the report reasoning: "By far the best on the field.

"He played with great poise from minute one and it was noticeable that the joy of the game was back. He tested from a bad angle early on and then continued to be a constant threat. Was very strong in the situation that led to the goal that was later ruled out for offside."

Meanwhile, Hurbra handed out an 8/10, writing: "Sweden's clearest goal threat and one of the two best Swedish players in the match. Gyökeres had already got the ball into the goal once when his first direct shot was ruled out for handball in the reception.

"In the 61st minute he got his reward. After Bernhardsson's ball win and pass, Gyökeres scored 1–0 and gave Sweden the goal that the match picture at that team justified. He continued to give the Bosnian defense problems and was the Swedish player who most clearly looked like he could decide the match.

One goal, another missed opportunity and constant presence in Sweden's most dangerous attack. Rating: 8/10."

Last but not least, fotbollskanalen did not give a rating, but they did write: "(He) made it 1-0 after a hard and sharp finish. Was close to getting a goal before that when he put the ball in the goal but was ruled out for handball."
