To help keep the remaining members of the squad match-fit during this extended internaitonal break, Everton played out a 3-3 score-draw with Blackburn Rovers behind closed doors at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Friday.
Only snippets of information have been provideed by Everton and The Echo but it appears that:
* Christian Norgaard got a run out after recovering from a mysterious ‘small’ injury that has been enough to keep him sideline for a whole month since joining the club on transfer deadline day.
* Charky Alcaraz scored from the penalty spot in the first half.
* Mark Travers saved a penalty at the other end
* Theirno Barry also got on the scoresheet before the break
* After half-time, the Everton defence that included Keane and Tarkowski collapsed abysmally, letting in **three** goals!
* Youngster Jason Nsangou came on and scored a late equaliser after Jack Grealish played him in.
* Other youngsters named were Joshua van Schoor, John Dodds, Ezra Carrington, Harvey Foster and Melvin Matos
Other players not mentioned will likely have included Kieran Dewsbury-Hall, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Hayden Hockeny, Merlin Rohl…
