Arsenal have got the squad that most managers would dream of currently, and it's a big reason why they are the reigning Premier League champions.
Mikel Arteta has not been afraid to splash the cash in recent seasons to get the team from perennial runners-up to finally break a 22-year duck last season, while also missing out on their first-ever Champions League title in a penalty shootout defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Spaniard went big in the market again this summer, bringing in Ezri Konsa, Bruno Guimaraes, and Christos Tzolis for more than £150m, and the team has started very well, with six wins from their seven games in all competitions.
Their arrivals, plus the fact that Arteta is looking to make more of an attacking style at the Emirates Stadium, has seen some changes to the way the team sets up and the personnel he is selecting.
Star striker Viktor Gyokeres is yet to start a game in the Premier League this season despite being the club's top scorer in all competitions last season with 21 goals, with Kai Havertz preferred in the number nine role. Alongside him, winger Noni Madueke is also yet to start in the top flight, with Bukayo Saka and Tzolis preferred out wide.
Now, according to The Telegraph, Champions League clubs Juventus and Atletico Madrid are showing a strong interest in the England winger ahead of the January transfer window due to his lack of game time.
Madueke joined Arsenal in a £52m deal from Chelsea in the summer of 2025 and started 16 times in the Premier League last season as the team won the title, and earned himself a spot in Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the World Cup.
He started five games at the tournament as England finished third, but his lack of game time this season saw him left out of the squad for the Nations League internationals, and that could see him look for a move to get back his spot.

Arteta Wasted £52m on Madueke
Noni Madueke
Madueke clearly has talent, and he is a player who, in the right environment and circumstances, could be a really dangerous weapon.
But Arsenal splashed £52m on the winger when he had just 18 months of Premier League experience under his belt, having been a bit-part player at Chelsea, and with limited experience at PSV Eindhoven before that.
It was clear at the time that he had some glaring flaws in his game, and he hasn't developed much since moving to north London. He's still very frustrating in the final third, and doesn't offer enough to justify a place as a regular starter. But his arrival stifled the development of Ethan Nwaneri, who has been loaned out twice since, and Madueke is now arguably even behind teenage sensation Max Dowman in the pecking order.
Letting Madueke go mid-season would be a blow unless they could bring in a replacement immediately, but it would also show that Arteta made a big mistake signing him in the first place because he wasn't, and isn't, good enough.
