‘Sell And Forget’ ‘We Need Him More Than We Need The Money’ Fans React As Arsenal Ace Is Linked With January Exit
Several clubs are keeping tabs on Noni Madueke’s situation if Arsenal decide to sanction his departure during the January transfer window, according to reports.
The Telegraph reporter Mike McGrath is a reliable source when it comes to transfer stories, and he claims Juventus and Atletico Madrid would both be interested in taking the England international on loan for the second half of the season.
Supporters on X are not necessarily against offloading Madueke, but some have doubts over loaning him out:

Madueke has struggled to make an impact
The 24-year-old has scored 9 goals and provided 4 assists in 48 appearances since moving from Chelsea at the start of last campaign.
It’s not exactly a terrible return, but Madueke has not really justified the £52m that was spent to bring him in.
The hope was that the winger could take some of the workload off Bukayo Saka, but manager Mikel Arteta has very rarely picked Madueke in the big games ahead of the club’s no.7.
His lack of end product has especially frustrated fans, who have seen him make countless promising runs before either running the ball out of play or failing to produce a good cross/shot.
Arsenal won’t gain anything by loaning him out
Unless the likes of Juventus and Atletico are open to some sort of obligation to buy, it’s hard to see the logic behind allowing Madueke to leave on loan.
The Gunners would be one man light up front without having the finances to replace him adequately.
As some supporters point out, the Premier League champions would be better off keeping Madueke in the short term, simply to provide squad depth. His situation could then be reassessed at the end of the season, when the club have had more time to weigh up their options and look at potential upgrades.
