The Los Angeles Rams are considered to be one of the favorites for the Super Bowl, but have been struggling over the first handful of games. The Los Angeles Rams are not shy to continue adding veteran talent to the roster. The Ringer’s Tom Pelissero is reporting that the team has signed veteran linebacker Eric Kenricks to the practice squad on Tuesday afternoon.

Kendricks has not played this year and has been a journeyman since leaving the Minnesota Vikings following the 2022 season. He played three games and started one for the San Francisco 49ers last season and recorded six total tackles (three solo, three assists) with 0.5 stuffs. Kendricks is a former All-Pro during the 2019 season, so getting another talented player is critical for the Los Angeles Rams as well.

Below are the linebackers on the Los Angeles Rams so far this season:

Byron Young

Nate Landman

Omar Speights

Josaiah Stewart

Wesley Bailey

Shaun Dolac

Grant Stuard

Desjuan Johnson

Eric Kendricks (Practice Squad)

Elias Neal (Practice Squad)

It is not known if the Rams are going to elevate him ahead of Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills on Monday. However, adding a legitimate veteran who can be impactful in the front seven is critical for success. It could be some additional firepower for the team that is ready to turn to the next level going forward. This will be interesting to see if and when Kendricks is on the field for the Los Angeles Rams this season.
