Next Super Bowl Halftime Performer Possibly Leaked By Apple Music
Fans thought they may have gotten an early look at the Super Bowl 61 halftime show performer this week when Apple Music made an announcement. Now fans can’t stop talking about it.
A screenshot began making the rounds on social media showing what appeared to be an Apple Music post featuring the silhouette of a woman standing in smoky lighting. The post was reportedly deleted almost immediately, which was enough to send fans into detective mode. Before long, people were trying to figure out exactly who was hiding behind the silhouette, with names including Beyoncé and Miley Cyrus being thrown around online.
There is just one problem: there is no evidence that Apple Music actually published the post. Reports investigating the viral screenshot found no official record of the teaser appearing on Apple Music’s social media accounts, and the image is now being described as a fabricated or unverified post rather than a genuine leak.

Fans were quick to react to the post:
Yes it’s Miley!
Nobody tryna listen to sum Miley at half time
The amount of people falling for this is hilarious but Miley would be fire. Imagine Party In The U. S.A. to close the show
Britney doing the superbowl would be insane

That hasn’t stopped the speculation, though. With the NFL and Apple Music yet to officially announce the Super Bowl 61 halftime performer, fans are naturally looking for clues wherever they can find them. The timing is also notable because the announcement has typically come around this point in the NFL season since Apple Music became the halftime show’s presenting sponsor.
Super Bowl 61 is scheduled for February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The NFL has already confirmed the venue and date, but the halftime performer remains officially unannounced.
For now, fans may want to pump the brakes before declaring that the silhouette has revealed the next Super Bowl halftime star. The image has certainly created plenty of buzz, but until the NFL, Apple Music or Roc Nation makes the announcement, it’s still just another internet mystery.
