Chelsea star Morgan Rogers has revealed that Thomas Tuchel was unhappy with his final product for England. The 24-year-old provided an assist for Harry Kane in their 3-0 win over Czechia but the Blues playmaker was forced to admit he wasn't happy with aspects of his performance.
The £117million man has been ever present for the Three Lions during the first international break after the World Cup with England winning three of their four Nations League matches. In the last two, Rogers has contributed to the wins, netting in the historic 7-0 win over Croatia before assisting Kane for his first of the evening as England doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time.
However, the former Aston Villa man has picked holes in his performance and revealed that Chelsea's Champions League-winning boss wasn't too pleased about certain aspects either.
He told ITV Sport: “I wasn’t happy with a few of them. The manager looked at me after one of them and didn’t look too happy.
"It’s something that I take pride in, so I was a bit disappointed, but for one to come off is nice. Happy to get the assist for the captain."
The international break has been prolonged and taxing but Chelsea appear to have come through the preparations unscathed.
The three-week interval has provided Cole Palmer with an opportunity to return to full fitness having been forced to pull out of the four matches across September and October due to workload management.

Questions were raised over the legitimacy of Palmer's withdrawal from the squad having been called up by Tuchel. But following consideration from the medical staff at St George's Park and in consultation with Stamford Bridge experts, the playmaker was pulled from the squad.
It led to criticism over the manner of Palmer's withdrawal externally. Tuchel admitted that Palmer's attendance for England duty has been blighted by injury issues.
"My understanding is that he is playing with discomfort and pain, and he cannot compete at the highest level with discomfort and pain. So he withdrew and informed us, and Chelsea informed us," the England boss said.
"For sure. It is a missed opportunity. He misses too many opportunities. I don't blame him for it. It is just a fact.
"He misses way too many camps with injuries, and I only want to rely on what I witness and see within in my team, and for that you have to be in camp.
"And if you're not in camp, there is a next level to impress that you cannot achieve because you can only do it when you are actually on the pitch with me. So yes, it is a missed opportunity."
