Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys had nothing to celebrate after their loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 24-16, at AT&T Stadium on Thursday.
Prescott threw a critical interception with one minute left in the game, virtually dooming the Cowboys. They fell to 2-3, including 1-2 at home, and gave the Buccaneers their first win after a 0-4 start.
The 33-year-old quarterback looked dejected heading into the locker room. It appeared that he was irked further after hearing a negative remark, as reported by The 33rd Team's Ari Meirov.
“A Cowboys stadium employee could be heard saying 'embarrassing' as Dak Prescott was walking to the locker room,” wrote Meirov on X.

Prescott went 24-of-42 for 316 yards, one touchdown, and two picks, as their offense sputtered anew.
CeeDee Lamb only had two catches for nine yards on five targets. Lamb exited in the fourth quarter due to a quadriceps injury.
Prescott refused to use the word “embarrassing” in the postgame conference, although he admitted that it was frustrating.
Fans saw nothing wrong with the stadium employee's side comment.
“I mean, he's not wrong,” said @OMRfromPNW.
“Damn, man. How soft these cats have to be these days to catch feelings by the word 'embarrassing.' Embarrassing,” added @BlackSand88.
“Should be annoyed by his s*** play. Employee was just stating facts,” wrote @DetSportsOnly13.
“He's looking at the guy who said it like HE'S the problem. Y'all suck,” stated @monkenfan.
“That employee might get fired for speaking the truth. LMAO 😂,” commented @D_Sportstalk.
Coach Brian Schottenheimer called their loss “disappointing,” lamenting their “missed opportunities” and lack of execution.
The Cowboys will visit the Green Bay Packers in Week 6.
