Browns Player Promises to Be a 'Nightmare' in Week 5 Against the Jets 1
The Cleveland Browns are among the top surprises in the early weeks of the 2026 NFL season. They started the campaign exactly how most people expected, which was to fall flat on their faces in Week 1 versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Since then, however, Cleveland has done nothing but win.
The Browns took down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2 and the Carolina Panthers in Week 3. The good times keep on rolling for Cleveland after the team defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 4.
Next up for Cleveland is a Week 5 road game against the New York Jets, and at least one player has already vowed to be a nightmare for the home team: former Jets linebacker Quincy Williams.

Talking to reporters in the lead-up to the New York game, Williams said he intends to be a living hell for New York.
“No hard feelings about what happened last year, but the biggest thing is letting my game speak for itself and then on top of that, letting the film speak volume to how they would feel about it,” Williams said, via Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.
“So my biggest thing last year was practice against them and be like, all right, if I don’t re-sign, y’all know you’re all going to have a nightmare playing against me. So nightmare starts on Sunday,” added the former Murray State football star.
The Jets are looking so beatable at the moment. They have been on the absolute opposite trajectory of the Browns, having won their Week 1 game against the Tennessee Titans before losing the next three to the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears.
Williams spent five seasons with the Jets before signing with Cleveland in March 2026.
